Justin has worked in the accounting and financial services business since 2009 when he graduated from Berry College with a degree in accounting. He desires to use his expertise to equip clients to live prepared.

Donna B. Morrell
Executive Assistant
Donna is the newest member of the Horizon Team but has many years of experience. She has 30+ years of extensive experience in administrative responsibilities, 18 of which are in the financial industry sector. She is a detail-oriented professional, thrives in busy, dynamic environments, and is passionate about her clients. Donna is a native of North Carolina but has resided in Georgia for the last 22 years. She is an avid reader, loves to be creative and enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 34 years. They have two sons and a daughter and one grandchild.
